COVID-19 Safety Plan

We are excited to welcome you to Cority Connect 2022. We will be executing this show in strict accordance with local healthcare and governmental guidelines. Your health, safety and well-being is always our top priority.

COVID-19 Precautions

Updated as of March 28, 2022

Our in-person event connects the power of people with the power of information, which is the ultimate setting for learning, training, and networking. Our live show will provide the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness without compromising the experience.
Please note safety and health measures will evolve based on current CDC recommendations and any building, city, state, and federal mandates.

Safety Requirements

Cority is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all conference attendees and will require full vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test to enter Cority Connect 2022.

Registered attendees will receive instructions for sharing their digital vaccination record using our Vaccination Management solution prior to arrival at Cority Connect.

If you are unable to satisfy the vaccination requirement, you will need to submit proof of a valid negative COVID-19 test. Similar to the requirements for international travel into the US, a viral test must be conducted 24 hours prior to arrival at the event. These tests could include an antigen test or nucleic acid amplification text (NAAT). Rapid tests are acceptable. At-home or self-tests do not meet the requirements. Registered attendees will be given instructions for sharing their negative test results through the same Vaccination Management solution being used to collect proof of vaccination.

The health and wellbeing of our guests remains a focus for Cority Connect. We thank you for your cooperation in ensuring that all attendees feel safe and comfortable attending the conference.

Face Mask

Face Masks & Physical Distancing

While Cority reserves the right to require face masks based on state and local guidelines and recommendations by the CDC, please feel free to wear masks at your own discretion and level of comfort. Cority will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation with any additional protocols announced closer to the conference.

The majority of our networking events will be held outside and the layout of the conference provides ample space for distancing. When possible, we will provide multiple room sets to accommodate people based on preference. We encourage attendees to take any additional steps that will make them feel comfortable and safe.

Up-to-date Travel Advisories

Our number one priority is your health, safety and well-being. We will continue to closely monitor developments around the world and with global organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and relevant authorities for California-specific requirements, to ensure the actions we take are inclusive and suitable. We will continue to evaluate our protocols to keep everyone safe and in line with CDC recommendations.

Hotel Cleanliness & Safety

The Intercontinental San Diego is required to adhere to comprehensive cleaning and safety procedures intended to reduce the risk of Covid-19 exposure and transmission.

The Intercontinental “Way of Clean” includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and guests can expect to see evolved procedures throughout the hotel, including social distancing operating procedures and up-to-date health & safety training of staff.

Hand Sanitizers

We will ensure that all attendees receive their own hand sanitizers for the show, as well as clear visibility into the sanitizer stations at all high touch points throughout the hotel.

Cancellations

If you decide you no longer wish to attend the show after purchasing your 2022 conference ticket, we are offering full refunds up until June 1st (1 week prior to the event).

Data to Support the Safety of Travel for Professional Meetings and Events

TSA recently extended the mask mandate on all forms of transportation through January 2022. The universal wearing of masks in airports, airplanes, trains, and other forms of public transportation is both an effective safeguard against spreading the virus and boosts public confidence in traveling – both of which are paramount for a sustained economic recovery.
